Palacio de la Exposición (Exposition Palace), built in the late 1860´s to headquarter Lima’s first grand public exposition during the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Peru’s independence, houses the Lima
Museum of Art, which permanently exhibits over 10,000 art pieces – from pottery and textile remains of the
