A XVII century colonial house, built on Inca foundations and with elegant republican features houses the Fallen Angel, Cusco´s trendiest restaurant. The Fallen Angel will close it’s doors to offer its guests a themed dinner that will prove an unforgettable experience. The concept behind the restaurant is reflected in each of its spaces: the bar is name “ICE”, reflecting heaven, the positive aspect of the Angel; the kitchen is dubbed “FIRE”, representing what is warm: passion, temptation and pleasure.
